Abstract

In this presentation both the technology of wireless temperature probes and the experience of a CDMO with using them for the tech transfer of a new customer product to one of his freeze dryers will be exhibited and explained.

The technical requirements for the use of the sensors will be highlighted and the system owner will explain how they helped to significantly reduce time in the production approval process thanks to the data base created with the sensors.

This presentation is interesting for everybody who is concerned with scale up and technical transfer processes in lyophilization, process optimization and authority approvals.
