Abstract
As part of the Gx ELITE platform, Baked-on-siliconized products from Gerresheimer offer highest quality standards and fulfill most challenging requirements for prefillable syringes.
To ensure best-in-class quality, the silicone oil is bound to the glass surface, resulting in low particle loads and optimized break-loose and gliding-forces. The implementation of new technologies allows Gerresheimer to roll out the Baked-on-siliconization to additional syringe formats and to broaden the Gx ELITE portfolio.
These new syringe formats come with special requirements that are fulfilled by the newly developed Baked-on-siliconized syringes.
