- Biography
- Laurent Carrez pursued a career in pharmacy after obtaining a Master's degree in biochemistry and a postgraduate diploma (DEA) in vascular biology and pharmacology in Paris. Following his graduation from the Geneva School of Pharmacy, he specialised in hospital pharmacy and wrote hie thesis on production at Geneva University Hospitals. After a year as head of clinical trials at the Geneva University Hospitals pharmacy, he took up the position of production manager at the central pharmacy of the Lausanne University Hospital. Since 2019, he has been working to improve production efficiency and patient safety. He is also exploring new technologies and innovative medicines.
