- India has worked for Berry Global for the past 5 years in a variety of roles including: HRBP & Internal Comms Lead and, most recently, Talent, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Lead for the company’s largest division, Consumer Packaging International (CPI). Having moved to Spain from the UK at a young age, India knows first-hand how it is to feel “different” and this perspective has helped her vouch for ensuring that all employees at Berry feel valued, welcomed and respected. In her role, she aims to ensure inclusivity throughout the entire talent management lifecycle through awareness, education and action.
