Biography: As the founder and CEO of Women on Stage, Eylem is dedicated to advancing female leadership within the Life Sciences Industry. With 23 years of extensive experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry, she possesses a profound understanding of the challenges women and female talents encounter within corporate environments. To effectively address these challenges, Eylem has conceptualized the "Sponsoring Women" program, serving as a career acceleration initiative for women and an innovative strategy for talent identification, retention, and recruitment within companies. Throughout her distinguished career in Regulatory Affairs at Actelion, Celgene, Vifor Pharma, Novartis, and Bayer, Eylem has engaged collaboratively with professionals from 170 nationalities. She has demonstrated exceptional leadership by leading international teams, training and coaching over 1000 individuals in their personal and career development. With her “Sponsoring Women” Program Eylem has helped 250 women over the past 4 years to transition into new roles within the Life Sciences Industry with 45%-75% salary increase. Eylem's academic credentials include an M.Sc. in Applied Psychology from the University of Liverpool, complemented by leadership training from Harvard Business School.
