Biography: Dr. Kerstin Voss is an experienced leader in manufacturing and process optimization, with a strong background in digitalization, supply chain management, and quality assurance. She is an independent consultant and renowned pharmaceutical specialist for digitalization and compliant, efficient and robust process definitions and implementations. As former Director and Global Process Owner Manufacturing at Bayer AG, she was responsible for the business processes and the lifecycle of global SAP and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) the fulfillment of business needs with an adequate IT portfolio decision making in regard to project implementations according to the strategic digital transformation With over 16 years of experience, including roles in supplier management, transport compliance, and MES implementation, she is specialized in optimizing processes, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering operational excellence. Holding a PhD in Computer Science, she combines technical expertise with strategic leadership to enhance efficiency and innovation in manufacturing in people centered manner.
