Biography
Colette Khaled is a Pharmacy Doctor and a Six Sigma Black Belt certified professional with over 30 years of strategic leadership in the pharmaceutical industry. As a member of The Association of Strategic Alliance Professionals (ASAP) and a holder of the Certificate of Achievement – Alliance Management (CA-AM), Colette has demonstrated extensive expertise in leading cross-functional and multicultural teams, as well as managing complex projects. Colette is currently serving as Executive Director of Alliance Management for the International Business Unit at Eli Lilly and Company. In this role, she oversees the execution of the alliance strategy, focusing on maximizing value creation by streamlining governance and processes, enhancing alliance management capabilities within affiliates, and resolving conflicts and business issues. She presented at numerous external international conferences on the topics of alliance management. Prior to her current role, Colette spent over seven years in Business Development, where she gained a deep understanding of the selection process for alliance partners, implemented the company's guidelines for managing partnerships, and led the structuring of complex deals. Her strong negotiation skills have been instrumental in positively influencing alliance teams and delivering expected value. Colette's previous experience includes regional marketing and sales management, supporting the launch and growth of products across multiple geographies and therapeutic areas. Highly motivated and intuitive, she excels in people management, effective human relations, and resource management to enhance productivity and meet business expectations. Passionate about coaching and supporting women in life sciences, Colette is acting as career sponsor for the Women on Stage association in Switzerland.
