- Biography
- Dr. Christian Dux, born in Lage/Westphalia in Lippe, studied Chemistry at the RWTH Aachen and received the PhD in Physical Chemistry in 1997. Since March 2000 Christian is an employee at Klöckner Pentaplast and based in kp’s Gendorf plant in Bavaria near Munich. During the last 25 years he hold several functions in Innovation-, Application-, and Product line Management in kp’s Labels and Pharma market segments. In his current role as Director Application Engineering, EMEA/Asia he leads a team of Application Engineers for the entire product portfolio of kp’s PHD division. This includes next to kp’s sustainable packaging films for Pharma, Health, and Labels also films for Credit Cards, Adhesive Tapes, Decorative films for Furniture and Flooring as well as several other technical and industrial applications.
