- Strategy & Marketing Director for the Ear, Nose Throat and Ophthalmic Business Unit at Nemera. She steers overall BU strategy for Nemera's own drug delivery devices, including managing product porfolio and innovation development , focusing on ear-nose-throat, dermal and ophthalmic routes of administration. Graduated from EM Lyon Business School (France) in 2004, Ms Duband worked in fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) for 10 years, supervising strategic planning, NPD launches, project management and brand communication. She then joined Nemera Global Marketing team in 2018 as a Global Category Manager, focusing on the parenteral segment, before leading the Marketing department for drug delivery devices in 2022.
