- Michèle, with her team of experts, provides guidance, leadership and operational deliverables to Merck Healthcare in technical packaging- including packaging development, operational efficiency, and sustainable packaging - as well as leading the climate and energy transition for Merck Healthcare sites. These responsibilities build upon more than 20 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry that span across the Operational Supply Chain. Michèle has a degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Toronto and has worked extensively across Europe and North America.
