With more than twenty years of experience managing strategic production sites, he has led complex industrial organizations within Unither, PiLeJe (3i Group Nature), and the Synerlab CDMO Group. Throughout his career, he has driven major industrial transformations, combining operational excellence, quality standards, and adaptation to the evolving regulatory and environmental challenges of the pharmaceutical sector. Since joining Biocodex, Edouard has played a pivotal role in strengthening and transforming the Group’s industrial operations. He brings deep manufacturing expertise and multi-site leadership experience to support a production model that is both high-performing and sustainable.
