Murielle BLANC

VP CSR

Biography: Murielle Blanc is Vice President CSR at Biocodex, where she leads the Group’s environmental, social and governance strategy. She began her career in product innovation during the rise of the digital era in France at companies such as Atari, AOL Time Warner, and Vivendi, and later pursued an entrepreneurial venture in the well-being sector. In 2009, she joined IPRAD, a leading French pharmaceutical company specializing in women’s health. There, she created and led the Products Research & Development Department for eight years before structuring and driving the company’s CSR strategy from 2017 onwards. Following IPRAD’s acquisition by Biocodex in 2020, she played a key role in scaling this CSR dynamic at Group level, embedding sustainability and responsible innovation and long-term impact at the core of Biocodex’s development model. Murielle graduated from the University of Grenoble in audiovisual communication and is currently pursuing a specialization in ethnobotany at the Faculty of Pharmacy of Lille.
