- Marianne Henrion is R&D Site Director at Unither Pharmaceuticals, where she leads a team of scientists for the development of pharmaceutical products across multiple dosage forms, including ophthalmic products, sterile and non-sterile liquids, semi-solid and solid formulations for global markets. The site specializes in development and small-batch manufacture supporting a wide range of therapeutic areas, including ophthalmic products, rare diseases, and veterinary applications. Marianne brings nearly 30 years of experience in pharmaceutical development. Prior to joining Unither, she held senior leadership roles in R&D at Ethypharm, Catalent Pharma Solutions, FAMAR, Stallergenes and Novartis, where she led international development teams and supported the development, transfer, licensing and registration of pharmaceutical products. She holds a Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Technology and Biopharmacy from the Faculty of Pharmacy, Paris XI, and is a qualified pharmacist.
