- Lisa Schlereth is a solution-oriented professional with a current focus on sustainability assessments enabled by collaboration, data and processes. As the Product Environmental Footprint Lead at Merck HealthCare, she drives initiatives that assess and enhance the environmental impact of pharmaceutical products. She represents Merck within the PEG Pharma LCA consortia and thrives in collaborative and complex environments. Previously, she served as the Head of Project PMO for a >€250 million biotech investment project, where she excelled in cross-functional coordination and project execution. Lisa holds a Master of Science in Pharmaceutical Process Engineering and an Executive MBA. Her passion for simplifying complex systems and empowering diverse teams is complemented by her belief in technology as a catalyst for innovation and business transformation.
