- Enrico Paroni is currently General Manager of ADIENNE Pharma & Biotech SA, a Swiss biotech company with a portfolio of orphan drugs and an oncology pipeline (since 2020). Since June 2025, he also serves as General Manager of ADIENNE SA. He holds a doctorate in Chemistry and Pharmaceutical Technologies and has over 20 years of experience in R&D, formulation, process development, and manufacturing of injectable products. He began his career at AstraZeneca in 2003 before holding several leadership roles at Corden Pharma between 2009 and 2018. He joined ADIENNE in 2018 as Chief Scientific Officer and Formulation Manager. As General Manager, he oversees operations, R&D, finance, quality, and regulatory activities, driving strategy, performance, and compliance across the organization. He notably led the development and launch of ADIENNE’s patented LyoBag® technology, an innovative aseptic system enabling safer drug preparation and administration across multiple therapeutic areas, with strong potential for future home-based critical care.
