MAP - Modular Automation Platform
The MAP is a configurable pad printing automation for industrial cross-sector applications. Its concept provides for a modular structure that is optimally tailored to the application. Our application engineering department analyzes and checks the required application in advance and configures the MAP automation.
The MAP consists of a base frame with up to 20 variable positions. Whether the requirements are small or complex, the positions are equipped with pad printing, laser, pre and post-treatment, and monitoring units in line with the modular principle. Should there be a change in the requirement over time, a subsequent module change is possible.
For the pad printing units, a choice can be made between servo-electric and electro-pneumatic drive. Control of the MAP takes place centrally in a user-friendly manner. Equipped with large machine doors, the operator is given absolutely free access to the inside of the MAP. To simplify register adjustments and reduce setup times, the cliché unit is mounted on the outside, facing the operator.
