The key advantage in a lyophilization process lies in the fact that the RayDyLyo® combined system (cap with a standard stopper pre-assembled upstream) can be pre-positioned on the vial neck, prior to loading. This configuration preserves full sublimation and drying performance. At the end of the cycle, final sealing can be performed directly inside the freeze-dryer by applying vertical pressure with the stoppering plate, enabling a fully contained capping thus eliminating stopper sticking or stopper pop-off issues. Thanks to its specific design, RayDyLyo® also helps rationalize the number of stopper references by enabling lyophilization with a standard serum stopper.
