The RTI COMPACT SERVO standard rotary pad printing machine is a smart, compact solution for your all-round printing needs.
Equipped with the RTI 21-150 rotary printing unit, the RTI COMPACT SERVO achieves a printing speed of up to 40 m/min and is ideal for printing on components from a variety of industries. Its printing accuracy and small footprint make it an attractive choice for applications where the required number of parts must be realized with manual feeding. Operator protection is provided by a light curtain.
The ink residue pick-up system is integrated in the RTI 21-150. Adjustable cleaning cycles provide more stability in the printing process. In addition, the use of state-of-the-art rotary technology in the RTI 21-150 offers reliable supply security for spare parts. The user-friendly operating structure in the HMI ensures easy handling and clarity. Multiple automatic print cycles can be programmed, allowing double or multiple prints without operator intervention. The servo technology allows quick product changeover.
