- COMSER provides services to the biopharmaceutical, biotechnology and cosmetic industries offering contract services such as product formulation, lyophilization process development & optimization, GMP small batch production, GMP qualification and validation of equipment and manufacturing processes, audits to critical providers and high value training.
COMSER has also developed a game changer PAT tool; LyoFlow, allowing the measurement of the vapor mass flow rate in real time in a lyo process. This PAT can be retrofitted in any freeze-dryier or installed in a new one, independely the size of it. The software, combines the information obtained to create a design space, allowing the process development under Quality by Design in lyophilization, a reality.
